Overview

The administration settings view provides access to configuration for your pulse™ server. Information about these settings can be found on the Settings page.

Information Shown

license information

The "license information" table displays information about your pulse™ server license. Refer to the License Management page for details.

general configuration

The "general configuration" table shows basic server settings that do not belong in another category. Refer to the General Configuration page for details.

commit message transformers

The "commit message transformers" table shows configuration of patterns for identifying special text in SCM commit messages, so that the text can be displayed as a link. For example, the text "bug 123" could be linked to a web-based bug tracker. Refer to the Project Commit Message Transformers page for details.

logging configuration

The "logging configuration" table shows settings controlling how pulse™ logs server messages to disk. Refer to the Logging Configuration page for details.

email configuration

The "email configuration" table shows settings controlling how pulse™ sends out email notification messages. Refer to the Email Configuration page for details.

jabber configuration

The "jabber configuration" table shows settings controlling how pulse™ sends out Jabber instant message notifications. Refer to the Jabber Configuration page for details.

ldap configuration

The "ldap configuration" table shows settings for authenticating via an external LDAP server. Refer to the LDAP Configuration page for details.
