Overview
SCM triggers are used to monitor your project's source code for changes and trigger a build when a change is detected. This is a useful way to trigger a build whenever something may have been broken due to a new change. The SCM monitor triggers are controlled by a background scheduled task in your pulse™ server. This tasks checks all SCMs at a regular interval to determine when a change has occured. Checking the SCMs in this way requires no changes to the setup of your SCM server.
Configuration
SCM monitoring triggers require no additional configuration.
