Overview

This section contains information about how to monitor and control pending and running builds on your pulse™ server. The "queues" section of the web interface includes details of the queued builds, active builds and queued recipes.

Queues

The information displayed in the "queues" includes:

• The build queue, where all pending build request are stored.
• The active builds, where currently-executing builds are shown.
• The recipe queue, where all pending recipe requests are stored.

Actual recipe execution is handled by the agents, each of which runs a single recipe processor. For information about the lifecycle of a build, refer to the Understanding Builds page.
