Settings - Pulse v1.2

Overview

Server settings can be configured in the "settings" tab of the "administration" section of the web interface. This section is only available to users with administrative priveleges. To edit any configuration, click the "edit" link in the top right hand corner of the corresponding table. The settings may be reset to their default values using the "reset" link in the same location.

Configuration Sections

The server configuration is divided into the following categories:

Category	Description
Commit Message Transformers	Allows key phrases to be recognised in SCM commit messages and turned into links or otherwise transformed.
Email Configuration	Settings controlling how pulse™ sends out email notifications.
General Configuration	Basic settings that do not warrant their own category.
Jabber Configuration	Settings controlling how pulse™ sends out Jabber instant message notifications.
LDAP Configuration	Settings for connecting and authenticating via an LDAP server.
License Management	Displays license information and allows the license to be updated.
Logging Configuration	Settings controlling how pulse™ logs messages (e.g. errors).
