Overview

The settings dialog allows you to configure Stethoscope. To open the settings dialog, right click on the tray icon and select "Settings".

Connection Settings

The connection settings define how to contact the pulse™ server. These settings are described on the Getting Started With Stethoscope page.

Proxy Settings

These settings are used to specify a proxy to connect via, when a direct connection is not possible.

Connect via proxy server

If checked, Stethoscope will connect via the specified proxy server.

Proxy Server URL

The URL of the proxy server. Required when the "Connect via proxy server" box is checked.

General Settings

These settings allow you to customise how Stethoscope works.

Pop up balloon when build completes

If checked, a message will pop up above the system tray icon when a build completes.

Only monitor "My Projects"

If checked, Stethoscope will only monitor the projects you have chosen to display on your pulse™ dashboard. If unchecked, all projects will be monitored. Refer to the pulse Manual for details.

Monitor Personal Builds

If checked, Stethoscope will monitor and report on your personal builds. If unchecked, personal builds will be ignored.
