Overview

The working copy view allows you to browse a snapshot of working copy used in the build, as it was when the build completed. The snapshot is not available until the build has completed. Note that working copies may be cleaned after a certain amount of time (see Project Cleanup Rules) to conserve disk space, in which case this view will not be available.

Note

Working copies are not captured by default, as the cost of transferring the files from the agent and storing them may slow the build. To capture the working copy, check the "retain working copy" link in the build options for the project.

Browsing

The working copy is shown as a tree, with a root node for each individual build stage. To browse the working copy, expand or collapse the tree using the + and - icons. If a stage expands to a single item with text "listing not available", then the working copy has either not been captured (see note above) or has been cleaned.
