Changelist Isolation

Changelist isolation refers to running a separate build for each changelist that affects a project. This feature is particularly useful for isolating which change caused a build failure. Isolation is off by default as for many projects a combination of commit frequency and build length makes it impractical. We recommend turning it on via the project build options when viable.
