Overview
The hiearchy view displays a template hiearchy of projects or agents. For more information about templates, refer to the Understanding Templates page.
Interface
When you select the "projects" or "agents" tab in the "administration" section, you will be taken to the hierarchy view. To return to this view from the configuration view, use the tab at the bottom of the tree control. By default, the view shows two panels:
- The hierarchy itself in a tree control. This clearly shows the inheritance relationships between instances.
- Template actions in the main panel. These links allow you to manage templates by configuring, adding or deleting instances in various ways.

Help
Note that as in other configuration views, a help panel may be opened on the right hand side of the page by clicking any help link. This panel describes the available actions in more detail.
