Retrieval

Retrieval is the process of obtaining artifacts from the internal pulse™ repository. Retrieval occurs at the start of a recipe, just after bootstrapping. Dependent projects can retrieve artifacts previously published by the projects they depend on. This allows one build to use artifacts produced by another build.
