Subscriptions
A subscription is a connection between a contact point and a project for the purposes of notification. Users create subscriptions to tell pulse™ to send them notifications of build events. Subscriptions may be accompanied by a condition, in which case notification will only be sent for some events. For example, a user may subscribe to all failed builds for a project.
